Hvilke jobbmuligheter tilbyr dere (trainee/internship etc)?
Gard’s 12-month Trainee Programme is designed to offer graduates and young professionals the opportunity to gain an understanding of the marine insurance industry by carrying out placements in each of Gard’s departments. Trainees work mainly from our head office in Arendal, Norway. We are currently in the process of recruiting university graduates or young professionals with up to two years’ work experience since graduating with a Masters to take part in our next Trainee Programme, starting in August 2012. We offer trainees a comprehensive benefit package, including a competitive salary, pension, insurance, and housing during the training period.

Hvilke egenskaper ser dere etter hos jobbsøkerne?
Candidates will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to perform and contribute in a team oriented work environment. Applicants must be fluent in English and have experience and knowledge of PC and Windows based programmes. It is important to be able to analyse, structure and organise tasks in an often busy work environment and to build strong relationships with colleagues, members and clients.
For the trainee program we are recruiting university graduates or young professionals with excellent academic records and up to two years’ work experience since graduating with a Masters.
